Don Shepherd for Glass America Swirl Bottle - (Item #1559)
Large, beautiful and rare, hand blown for only a couple of years, Don Shepherd DS-702 "Swirl" bottle part of the super "Glass America" GA line he established with V.K. Jonynas and Yan Rieger in early 1971 prior to his tenure as design director for Blenko. This piece is considerably larger and was originally priced at twice the cost of the equally stunning DS-712 Whirlpool bottle. This bottle has a very nice green fade. Dimensions: 17-ins tall by 12-ins wide by 6-ins deep
Condition: Excellent and very clean
