George Nelson Pretzel Chairs - (Item #14)
Original George Nelson Pretzel armchairs for Herman Miller (fabricated by Plycraft) designed in 1957 and only manufactured for one year (two of the allegedly only 550 made). Beech ply legs and backrest with walnut faced ply seats.
Dimensions: 29.5-ins high by 26.5-ins wide
Condition: Original finish showing some ware and scuffs through varnish on arms and backrest (all from original owners). Still have all their eight original feet and probably seat pads. One missing screw and the tip of one foot has some missing ply slivers that should be filled (see photos).
